Motion Seeks Tougher Sentence for Robinson
The motion argues the sentence is unfair and too lenient for a second degree murder and aggravated burglary plea. It claims court abused its discretion and notes probation conditions require regular reporting, address changes, travel limits, employment changes, debt and marital status disclosures, firearm prohibition, alcohol and drug bans, and possible warrantless searches. A hearing date had not been set at press time.
