High Resort milestone in Rio Rancho land sale
Boyle Development and AMREP Southwest announced the sale of about 450 acres of Rio Rancho land to Boyle Development and launched High Resort a $300 million plan including 4000 homes a major hotel and a regional shopping center. AMREP will develop an additional 180 acres nearby as part of the project. The deal marked the largest land sale in Rio Rancho history and aimed to accelerate West Side growth with a new 60 million hotel and a 10 27 hole expansion of the Rio Rancho golf course slated to begin soon with first homes priced 70000 to 100000.
