Former Ram star joins Army Airborne Rangers abroad
Adrian Martinez, Rio Rancho Class of 2005, former Ram football and wrestling standout, left New Mexico Highlands University to pursue military service. He trained at Ft Benning and Ft Lewis for Army Airborne Rangers, planning a September deployment after a May training start. His father Albert watches proudly as Martinez throws a ceremonial first pitch before a Rio Rancho High School game with Alycia Sedillo and their daughter Delana present.
