City pays for SAD 7 engineering half a million more

Rio Rancho city council learned that a second opinion for the Special Assessment District 7 would cost about one million dollars with an extra 500000 needed to cover Wilson and Company engineering. The council approved shifting 500000 from the general fund to the SAD 7 project fund amid questions on billing and contingency practices.
