Rio Rancho Utility company rebrands to United Water New Mexico

United Water Resources chain RRUC renames Rio Rancho Utilities Corp to United Water New Mexico as part of a 1994 merger with General Water Works. Manager Ken Komske says the name change is gradual and the new logo will roll out this year across the corporation.

Rio Rancho to Host 6th GLAD Bag-a-Thon and PRIDE Day

Rio Rancho residents prepare for a citywide cleanup with the 6th annual GLAD Bag-a-Thon and PRIDE Day led by Kathy Swisstack. Activities run through April with a kickoff April 1 at the Sabana Grande Recreation Center and free landfill dumping on April 22 for residents with proof of residency.
