Planning commission reverses decision gas station approved
Rio Rancho Planning and Zoning Commission unanimously approved a four pump gas station at Golf Course Road and Souther Boulevard after previously denying a 4-2 vote on a conditional-use permit filed by L.P. Management Systems Inc. The panel required restrictions on liquor sales hours and nuisance concerns while DPS traffic officials said the site would not add significant new traffic. Graves Oil & Butane Co. will lease the site and build the station.
