Duke City Jazz Ensemble to Perform at Danbi's on Summer Eve
A 23 piece Duke City Jazz Ensemble featuring Warren Alderman on sax and Arlen Asher among others will play at Danbi's on Sunday June 21, with a Brian Dorr Trio warm up and Sixie land jazz between sets. Tickets may be bought in advance as only 150 can be admitted. Summer University enrollment at UNM up 3.5 percent to 700 with credit hours rising. Legislature reports big increases in special appropriations, detailing millions for education, corrections, hospitals, and state projects.
