Rio Rancho businessman indicted in securities fraud scheme

Bear Springs wildfire near Jemez Springs 90 percent contained
The Bear Springs Fire, sparked by lightning, is 6 miles southwest of Jemez Springs and 622 acres in size. It is 90 percent contained as of Friday with mop-up operations underway. Teens charged in Walgreens armed robberies in Rio Rancho
Rio Rancho police say two 14 year olds, Eric Sandoval and Dylan Parker, are charged in two Walgreens armed robberies at 4051 Southern Blvd. from May 31 and June 3. In the first theft they took under 100 dollars plus cigarettes. in the second they fled on foot with 230 dollars after brandishing a handgun and a baseball bat. Parker was released to parents. Sandoval remains in Bernalillo County Juvenile Detention Center after failed guardian releases.
