Barter Club Used by Rio Rancho Business Owner
Local business owner and broker Jack Piserchia of J&M Realty in Rio Rancho uses barter bucks to hire tradespeople for rental properties. Southwest Barter Club, based in Albuquerque with many Rio Rancho members, issues barter bucks to pay for goods and services as an alternative to cash. The group plans Barter in the Park at Haynes Park on June 17 from 1 to 5 p.m., inviting the public to learn about the program and visit member booths.
