The ACCRA index places Albuquerque at 105 percent and Rio Rancho at 96.3 percent of the national average.

The plan includes more comprehensive pre and post unit testing, performance based budgeting, and wider data sharing to boost student learning and parental awareness across all departments.
Rio Rancho Public Schools reported third through ninth graders scored above the national CTBS Terra Nova average.
