Sandoval County Fair marks weekend in Cuba NM
The 31st annual Sandoval County Fair runs August 2 to 5 at the Cuba fairgrounds with 4 H shows Friday and a gaited horse showcase. Pony Express Race, parade, pancake breakfast, crowning of queen and junior rodeo highlight the weekend. Community events and local groups advertise meetings and volunteer opportunities throughout Rio Rancho and Albuquerque. The 2007 football season opens August 31 against Highland.
