Stage One Theatre grows roots in Rio Rancho with family focus
Stage One Theatre launches two productions in Rio Rancho this week as it seeks nonprofit status and broad community involvement. Founder Warren Wilgus, a West Side resident, aims to blend classic and contemporary plays for all ages, offering free performances and school partnerships while expanding afterschool programs and adult classes. The group seeks volunteers and actors as Wilgus juggles theater with a day job.
