High river microbes trigger health advisory after Rio Rancho wastewater plant released sludge into Rio Grande. City and state tests show fecal colonies spiking differently along the river, with EPA investigators at the plant to determine how the partially treated sludge entered the stream. SWOP plans appeal after Intel air permit ruling
SWOP intends to challenge the Intel air permit decision after a state panel dismissed most objections. Memorial service Saturday for RRHS student Freeman
