Armored MRAP Joins Rio Rancho Police for Tactical Rescue
Rio Rancho Police Department owns a Mine Resistant Armored Personnel Vehicle or MRAP since 2014. Capt. Paul Rogers II says it remains defensive with no weapons and could rescue officers or civilians in a line of fire.
