The third annual Rio Rancho Intel All American Soap Box Derby starts at 9 am Saturday at the downhill track in Vista Verde Memorial Park. Forty two racers ages nine to sixteen compete in junior and senior divisions with cars built by each entrant. Opening ceremonies at 8:45 am precede racing, prizes, and a planned finish around 4 pm with food provided by local vendors.
