Rio Grande Horse Show Planned for July at Fairgrounds
The Rio Grande Horse Show returns July 12 13 14 and 15 under AHSA NMHS NMHS approval with year end points. Judges Judy Kennedy and Bud Anderson head an innovative schedule including Short Stirrup Tiny Tots Children's Hunter pony divisions and a first time show mule division. A new 4-H division AQHA rules walk trot and a life begins at 40 class add variety with special trophies floral blankets and surprise prizes at the New Mexico State Fairgrounds Horse Arena.
