Rio Rancho City Council candidates enter race
Ten residents including three incumbents have filed for three council seats in Rio Rancho for the March 5 election. District 1 candidates include Mary Minor, Charles Randolph, and Phil Tafoya, with Minor previously appointed in 1991. District 4 contenders are Frank Ciaccio A Thomas du Shane Tony Popper and Ron Vestrebi. Ciaccio 34 works as a state medical investigator and helped fund the new ice and roller rink.
