Escaped youths captured in Rio Rancho
Rio Rancho police captured two escapees from a Albuquerque reintegration center after they were sighted in Rio Rancho last Wednesday. Richard Winters, 17, and David Baros, 19, were detained near Haynes Park and Grande Blvd. Winters was sent to Bernalillo County Juvenile Detention Center while Baros to Sandoval County Detention Center. A 17-year-old female suspect found at a nearby residence was held on harboring charges. official name withheld pending probation actions.
