Polar Ice Party raises funds for Special Olympics
Riverpoint Sports and Wellness held its fourth annual Polar Ice Party on New Year's Day to raise money for the New Mexico Special Olympics. About 100 participants, plus Neil Tomkinson of Albuquerque, braved 38 degree water in the pool for the charity event.
