Tax bill may cut Rio Rancho city funds in future

Local Marine dies in Albuquerque traffic accident
Phillip Moreno, 23, a Rio Rancho High School Class of 2006 graduate and two-tour Marine, died Feb. 3 in a vehicle crash near I-25 and Montana Road. He was en route to a hospital after an adverse medication reaction for PTSD. Moreno received full military honors at burial with a 21-gun salute.
