Rio Rancho Public Schools board President Don Schlichte won re election Tuesday to a fourth term. Teacher charged with two counts of child abuse
Rio Rancho Middle School teacher Ken Boyd, 45, was arrested and jailed on two counts of abandonment or abuse of a child after two separate incidents at the campus.
