Flood board seeks funding for flood control projects

The Southern Sandoval County Arroyo Flood Control Authority seeks 40000 for a feasibility study of La Venada Arroyo and 950000 to complete Dams 1 and 4 outflow work in Rio Rancho. Legislators are skeptical. Gov Johnson's budget may limit capital outlay. SSCAFCA may need local funding or a bond if state support fails.
