Rio Rancho City Hall and County Offices Closed for New Year
The Rio Rancho City Hall and Sandoval County offices will be closed Monday January 2 1995 in observance of New Year. The Observer deadlines for the January 4 1995 issue shift with ads accepted until noon December 29. Services resume Tuesday morning.
