Rio Rancho parents busted in drug raid by DPS
Rio Rancho DPS officers raided a Coronado Court mobile home at 6 20 a m last Friday December 13 seizing about a quarter pound of marijuana a quarter ounce of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia. Thomas and Lisa Brancado were jailed on five counts of child abuse plus charges of possession with intent to distribute and possession of drug paraphernalia. Investigators tied the case to months of undercover buys facilitated by a informant and marked bills from later transactions. Bond set at 35000 cash shared custody of five children noted in the raid record.
