Rio Rancho plaza to add Jack in the Box Panda Express and more
Rio Rancho plans a 225000 square foot retail complex at Enchanted Hills Boulevard and NM 528 with a Jack in the Box and a second Panda Express, plus Mattress Firm and Aaron's. The city approved a GRIP to split gross receipts taxes with the developer up to 375000 over five years to fund infrastructure, aiming to curb retail leakage and attract more banks and national retailers.
