Rio Rancho impact fees run higher than Albuquerque study shows
Titan Development manager Brian Patterson tells Rio Rancho’s impact fees exceed Albuquerque’s in most categories. Roads and drainage costs are notably higher, with 14 347 total for a single family unit in Rio Rancho and major share going to drainage water and sewer.
