M Tuccis Moderno to Expand Into Rio Rancho
Restaurateurs Jeff Spiegel and Katie Gardner plan M Tucci s Moderno in Rio Rancho early next year. A 3000+ square foot lease off Unser Boulevard near Rust Medical Center will host a full bar dining room and mezzanine with a modern neighborhood vibe. The project marks the second Albuquerque area location alongside M Tucci s on Winter Haven Road and Casa Cocina at the National Hispanic Cultural Center. The owners and chef John Haas emphasize community focus and high quality Italian fare including spaghetti and meatballs braised pork cheek and buffalo shrimp. They anticipate 35 positions and stress long term neighborhood gathering space.
