County acts as fiscal agent for AMI/Kids wastewater project

Sandoval County Commissioners voted to become the fiscal agent for AMI/Kids Cuba wastewater plant, enabling project financing while Cuba completes its audits. The facility, a 32 bed juvenile male program opening early 2011, will operate year round with 45 local jobs and funded by federal grants via AMI/Kids.
