Workouts gym claims second at New Mexico Natural Nationals
Workouts gym from Rio Rancho placed second overall at the New Mexico Natural Nationals a regional powerlifting and national bench press qualifier. Mike Adelman won the 275-pound pure class with 661 squat 430 bench 612 deadlift. Travis Wayland led 132-pound high school bench at 176 and Lisa Wayland set an 138 pound site and American record in the 114-pound submaster class. Dave Roybal set a state record at 303 pounds in the 181-pound masters class. Mike Teapell won 220-pound pure bench at 330 pounds and Carlos Liddell topped the 275-pound submaster class with 430 pounds.
