Rio Rancho delays name for new elementary school

The Rio Rancho Public Schools board postponed choosing a name mascot and colors for the Northeast Elementary School after missing members caused a delay. The school broke ground last Wednesday, is slated for completion for the 2008 09 year, and aims to relieve overcrowding at Vista Grande and Enchanted Hills.
