Notice of Rendency and Land Suit in Sandoval County

A group of named defendants including Adalberto Guzman Linda Guzman Mike Bedillo Jane Do Jose Vicente Aragon Eloisa Aragon Florencio Balver de and Arturo Gallegos are warned a civil action to quiet title over a parcel in Sandoval County New Mexico will proceed unless responsive pleadings are filed by October 16 1989. The description references Section 1 Township 18 North Range 2 East within Ponderosa Town Sandoval and details a land tract bounded by S A 260 and various survey points. Donald B 988 et al are attorneys for the plaintiff Commonwealth Mortgage Company of America LP with the suit filed in the district court of Sandoval County.
