Denver firm low bidder on city revenue bonds
Kirchner-Moore of Denver was the low bidder for Rio Rancho's gross receipts tax revenue bond issue to acquire the Blum Building in the Rio Rancho Shopping Center. The $1.935 million issue carried a 9.82 percent average interest rate. Bowtiecher and Company of Albuquerque bid 10.2564 percent.
