Crime victims advocate arrested in family dispute
Rio Rancho crime victims advocate Mary Ebinger, 45, a two year city employee, faces misdemeanor domestic violence and battery charges after a July 22 family dispute with her husband Daniel Nicol and their 15 year old stepdaughter. Ebinger was taken to Sandoval County Detention Center and placed on leave.
