Paradise Hills zoning panel approves multiple plans

The Paradise Hills Special Zoning District heard several proposals on April 13. Approvals included a home at 1087 Radcliffe Road N.W. and 8.7 acres on Golf Course Road for townhouse units. Horizon Corporation discussed 1000 acres west of La Paz Drive with estate lots, covenants, and equestrian trails. Allsups will build near Paradise Boulevard and Lyons with self‑serve gas. Coors Corridor plans aim to create a major parkway with limited access and architectural controls for commercial areas. Plans call for bosque protections and horizon‑line height limits. details to follow.

Art show planned during golf tourney

Paradise Hills Country Club president Ed Mysick has arranged a southwestern art show to run May 31 to June 13 during the Southwest Amateur Tournament and the club’s June 10 to 13 member guest event. New Mexico artists including John Flores La Luz Helen Gwinn Carlsbad Lucy Bason Hillsboro Dan Stouffer Albuquerque Nancy Young Albuquerque will display water color oil lithographs and prints with sales through Conway Art investments.
