New Little Anitas opens in north Rio Rancho with dine-in
Rio Rancho residents now have a New Mexican food option at 4405 Jager Drive. Franchise owner Phil Hopper, who previously ran Little Anita's Express locations, says the new full service restaurant offers breakfast with huevos rancheros and burritos, lunch specials, and dinner chips and salsa. The site employs about 25 and operates 7 am to 9 pm daily, with dine-in and carryout available. Hopper notes competitive prices for the portion sizes and expects steady customer demand from the area.
