Paradise Hills pool plans move forward county wide
Bernalillo County Parks Director Mike Walker told People for Progress in Paradise Hills that the county will proceed with a swimming pool despite Four Corners Regional Commission actions. County Commission Chairman Dave Santillanos said construction will continue and the pool should be ready for use in September. He added the office of U S Senator Joseph Montoya has been asked to probe the withdrawal of funding for the pool.

Rio Rancho Blood Drive Set for April 15
Rio Rancho hosts an all day blood drive to add 200 pints to Blood Services of New Mexico. The Blood mobile will be at The Auditorium from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Tuesday April 15. Residents are urged to donate one pint during the day. The event extends AMREP’s quarterly drive.
