Del Norte bridge project underway in North Valley
The State Highway Department launches the third of five construction projects to build Paseo del Norte across the Rio Grande. Twin Mountain Rock Construction Co. of Des Moines NM holds a $6.94 million contract with work to finish in spring 1988. Traffic on North Second Street will be intermittently affected as heavy equipment crosses.
