Valley club buys two acre site for building purposes
The Voice of the Valley reports the Woman’s Aid Society of the Methodist church voted to purchase a two acre lot at the Porcher place west of town for a building site. Arrangements were planned for summer steps, with members listed and social events noted alongside community notices and local family reunions.
