All-South Endeavor Campaign Expands With 313 New Societies
The All-South Extension Committee of the United Society of Christian Endeavor began its drive September 1 and reports 313 new societies formed in six months. Salem Christian Endeavor Society Hears Home Missionary News
The Salem C E Society met in the school house each Sabbath at 4 30 PM. Members from Salem Presbyterian plus Methodists Baptists and Concord Presbyterian share service. The recent meeting supported Home Missionaries and recalled Rev William Lloyd and Mrs Mary Cooper Petrie as survivors of the old school. Members have served as missionaries in Ebenezer Tenn Cuba and the South Carolina University.
