The funeral of Rev J S Claiborne, a respected citizen of Soudy Richmond, who died February 1 1924, was held Monday afternoon at Second Baptist Church with Rev C Smith officiating. Interment in Mt Olivet Maury’s Cemetery, colored section. His son Henry B Claiborne and family thank friends for kindness and sympathy. Mrs Gertrude Clathorne attends Albany N Y bedside of her sick mother Mrs Sadie Weaver, 42 Monroe Street, reported as much improved. A friend.
