Special to The News. Whitewater Indiana October 12 Saturday evening Grant Marshall of Arba started to Arba in his machine. The engine stopped and he lit a match to inspect the machinery. A gasoline tank leak ignited from the flame and he was instantly enveloped in flames. The machine burned wreck and inflammable parts were destroyed. Marshall had partial insurance on the machine.

Prominent Richmond Man Charles Stutson Dies Suddenly
Charles Stutson, a well known Richmond resident and retired farmer, died of apparent heart trouble while walking to his tenant John Nicholson’s home at the Greensfork farm. He was about 70, survived by his wife and daughter Reb a, and lived at 50 South Thirteenth street. The death occurred on the farm lawn as he returned from inspecting the property.
