Harbourville Ky Dec 27 Sherrod Dillman deputy sheriff and Robert Bodkins survived a village gun battle in Elys Knox county. Six men fought after Bodkins and others tried to disarm Bodkins party triggering a general firefight. Chick Bodkins and Tom Pine were wounded. family members and Baker were fatally in the melee. Baker had been named chief of police last week.
