Opera Star Frank Sinatra to Crown Tobacco Bowl Queen
Dorothy Kirsten the Metropolitan Opera soprano will be crowned Tobacco Bowl Queen by Frank Sinatra during the Richmond festival events at City Stadium on October 15. Sinatra and Kirsten will fly in from California for the ceremonies and NBCs Hit Parade will broadcast from the festival with Eileen Wilson Bill Harrington and Mark Warnes orchestra.
