Lettermen to Sing Here at University Fall Openings

The Student Government Association of Richmond College sponsors a November 24 concert by The Lettermen at Millhiser Gymnasium. The vocal trio includes Bob Engermann, Tony Butala and James Pike who blend their voices across ballads and contemporary songs. Tickets are $2.50 single or $4.00 per couple.

ROTC Military Ball Set At University Of Richmond

The Reserve Officers Training Corps of the University of Richmond will hold its annual Military Ball tomorrow night in Millhiser Gymnasium from 8 to 12. Active and pledge members of Scabbard and Blade will open the dance, led by Jim Hill. The gym will feature red and blue decor and parachute ceiling decorations. The Gallegians, a 14 piece band of University students, will perform with Sergeant Tucker in charge. ROTC members and guests are invited.

Six Scholars to Speak at University of Richmond Series

Visiting scholars will lecture at the University of Richmond under a program funded by the University Center in Virginia. Ferenc Nagy former Hungarian prime minister will discuss communism and appears December 3. Others include Jacques Sheres December 17 D Elten Truvblood Earlham professor at Stanford Harvard Demor February 21 John Gassner March 16 and Howard Nemerov April 15 18 University events feature lectures seminars and classes.

Who's Who Honors 31 Richmond Westhampton and Business Seniors

Thirty one seniors from Richmond College Westhampton College and the School of Business Administration have been named to the 1964 64 edition of Who's Who Among Students. Selections honor scholarship leadership extracurriculars citizenship and service.

WC Townies Plan Corn Ball Dance Meet at Keller Hall

The Gorn Ball, a Westhampton student project, will take place Friday night November 22 from 8 30 to 11 50 in Keller Hall gym. Clarence Sprenkle and the Grandeurs play. Tickets are 1 55 per couple and 87 cents for stays. Refreshments will be on sale and dress is casual.

Board Names Staff Members at Coutnatan and Web

Board appoints Jim Richardson and Virginia McCormick as men’s division editor of the Coutnatan and business manager of the Web. Richardson, a Richmond College junior from Arlington, has served as managing editor and rm porter on Connectan. He leads Religious Emphasis Week publicity and International Relations Club history. McCormick, a Westhampton junior, was assistant editor on the Web, a Dean’s List student, hall president, secretary of the Art Club, and a member of the Student Education Association.

University Players Call Crew for Look Homeward Angel Set

University Players seek volunteers for a crew call for the December 11 to 15 production of Look Homeward Angel in the Quonset Hut Theater. Cast includes Dick Musgrave as W. O. Gant and Carol Baldwin as Eliza Gant with Luke and Eugene roles, stage manager Chuck Harrison, and William Lockey directing set design. Students aiding the set earn points toward the Players and become apprentices.
