Interfraternity to Bring Russ Morgan and His Orchestra
Russ Morgan and his 17 piece band will perform on Thanksgiving night November 28 at the campus as a special interfraternity dance. Tickets are 1.10 per person with no discounts for subscribers. Music runs 9 PM to 1 AM with Carolyn Clarke as featured vocalist. Morgan, a four star performer, is known as an arranger for Sousa and Herbert and has Brunswick recordings and Paramount shorts. Since this is not a regular dance, subscription cards are not honored.

The West Hampton College freshman class will hold its annual tree planting next Wednesday at 12 30 PM. Barbara Lewis class president will present trees to Dr Boatwright and be assisted by classmates in white. Pink dogwood and wisteria trees will be planted around the Student Activities Building and in the Luther H Jenkins Memorial Greek Theatre.

Faculty Premieres Nuts to You Benefiting Choir Vestments
The combined faculties of Richmond and Westhampton Colleges present a one night variety revue titled Nuts to You at 8:30 in the Playhouse to raise funds for choir vestments. Dean May L. Farber Appointed To Web Editorship at Richmond College
Louis E. Farber was named editor in chief and Richmond College editor of the 1940 Web by the Board of Publications. He succeeds Luther Jenkins who resigned due to time constraints.
