Dance Finance Plan Passed by Interfraternity Council
The Interfraternity Council approved a new dance finance plan at its meeting last Tuesday night. It requires a $3.00 down payment from fraternity men, grants reduced ticket rates, and allocates a $2,300 annual budget with $1,500 for finals and $600 for openings and mid winters. Sophs Revise d 36 Rat Rules
The sophomore class meeting at the suggestion of Umicron Kappa repealed three rat rules from the campus code. Ralph Moore spoke for D. K. urging abolition of the rule that freshmen must obey upperclassmen requests with the Vigilance Committee remaining the sole authority. A large majority favored enforcing the rule again next year and a new badge system for freshmen was approved.

Three To Get Honor Degrees At Graduation
The University of Richmond will confer three honorary degrees at commencement on June 15. The honorees include H G Noffsinger, president of Intermont Junior College, with a Doctor of Letters. Rev Theodore F Adams and Rev Giles B Palmer with Doctors of Divinity. and Noffsinger also to receive a Doctor of Laws from King College. Dr Frank Bane will deliver the commencement address.
