Westhampton Concludes Second Ballot Elections
Westhampton College governance holds second ballot votes on March 20 producing five run offs for nine offices. Jane Arrington and Nancy Crenshaw win in North Court, Julie McGarry secures second vice president, Pat Thomas wins secretary treasurer, and further runoffs finalize senior and junior house leader posts across South and North Courts with Betsy Baskin, Chime Tate, and Cathy Wall among those decided.

Vandals Destroy Westhampton Ring Dance Replica
Vandals damaged the Ring Dance replica at Westhampton after the event. The wooden paper mache ring, painted gold, was meant as a permanent decoration and was built by the University carpenter shop. The $100 ring cost was funded by the College Government Association which offered $50 for its construction. The entry to Keller Hall left a broken door, with repairs noted by workmen after discovering the vandalism Sunday morning.

Jewish scholar to speak on Jews in Western history at UR
Dr. Joseph L. Blau of Columbia University will lecture on The Jew in Western History Since the Renaissance at 8 p.m. April 5 in Keller Hall.
