The University Messenger fashion show and dance scheduled for March 22 was cancelled by the Administration for off campus sponsorship. President George M. Modlin said university regulations prohibit such functions for university organizations. Earlier he stated the Messenger planned the event at the Hotel Jefferson without Board of Publications or Dean’s approval.

Tapping of men recognized by three honor fraternities opens Honors Week on Tuesday March 28 in the Chapel.
