Family Weekend at Richmond College April 13 15
The University hosts Family Weekend for Richmond College and School of Business Administration students April 13 to 15. Activities include Parent Faculty Banquet registration 7 to 8 pm Friday in the Student Activities Building, classes with sons Saturday morning, an athletic event on Millbiser Field, and the Richmond College Band concert Saturday at 8 15 pm in the Greek Theatre.

Richmond dominated the Annual North South Debate Tournament in Morgantown West Virginia with undefeated 10 0 records from both affirm and negative teams Don Burkat won first place affirmative speaker and Jim Bush second Ellis West third best negative speaker Twenty two northern and southern teams competed including Penn State Duquesne Vermont Pittsburgh Rutgers Wake Forest Maryland William and Mary and West Virginia Richmonds Ed Felton and Don Burkat were affirmative speakers while Dick Brown and Ellis West held negative posts Felton and Brown are both first year debaters Next week Richmond debaters will enter Mary Washington Invitational West Point Invitational and the National Tau Kappa Alpha Tournament in New York.
