Three Honor Societies Name 13 for Richmond Membership
University of Richmond students and alumnus Dr James T Tucker were tapped into three honor societies Omicron Delta Kappa Pi Delta Epsilon and Tau Kappa Alpha on Tuesday. New ODK members include Student Government presidents Frank Skinner and Wesley Brown plus Shack Moughanian Thomas Garnett and William Wheeler. Law students Robert Skahan and Richard Rakes join ODK, Pi Delta Epsilon taps Albert Pittman Vernon Ford Frank Skinner and Joseph, with Tau Kappa Alpha tapping two.

Westhampton College students voted for next year’s College Government Association leaders. Jackie Jardine won the president post defeating Janet Storm and Desiree Stuart-Alexander. Helen Want captured the vice presidency over Bobbie Rose. Jane Gill won the secretarial post against Marcella Hammock. Betty O’Bannon was elected treasurer. Kath leen Cole defeated Bertha Cosby for Senior Town Representative. Jo Frieda Hull won North Court Dormitory presidency, Addie Bicks won South Court Dormitory, Lou Tull won Athletic Association presidency, Harriett Willingham led YWGA victory over Sophie Zea. A second ballot remains possible for other offices. Election set before spring vacation.
